Where Practice Meets Professional Responsibility
Reiki is more than a technique, it is a way of being. As our practice deepens, so does our responsibility to integrate it with humility, discernment, and ethical care.
Jissen (実践) is a Japanese word meaning "putting knowledge into practice," "applied practice," or "implementation." In the Walking the Lineage curriculum, Jissen serves as the bridge between learning Reiki and confidently integrating it into professional clinical practice.
Designed exclusively for graduates of Walking the Lineage Levels 1 (Shoden) and 2 (Okuden), this advanced training focuses on the ethical, trauma-informed, and clinically appropriate integration of Reiki into psychotherapy and helping professions.
This is not another Reiki attunement level. Instead, it is an opportunity to refine your clinical decision-making, strengthen your confidence, and explore how Reiki can be integrated responsibly while honoring both the Reiki lineage and your professional standards of care.
For this special beta launch, I will be joined by two guest expert instructors who will share their expertise in ethical clinical practice, documentation, and informed consent. Dr. Tina Vitolo, LCSW and Vanessa Holliman, LCSW founders of The Black Sheep Therapist and BEing Wholistic. Together, we will move beyond theory through discussion, consultation, real-world case examples, and practical application.

Walking the Lineage Philosophy
Every Reiki practitioner eventually reaches a point where the question shifts from:
"How do I practice Reiki?"
to
"How do I embody Reiki with integrity?"
Jissen is where knowledge becomes practice, practice becomes confidence, and confidence is guided by humility, ethics, and compassionate presence.
This training is an invitation to bridge traditional Reiki teachings with modern clinical excellence, honoring the lineage while serving others with wisdom, discernment, and care.
