How I Approach This Work
I integrate trauma-informed therapy, neuroscience, parts work, and shamanic and energy-based practices.
I don’t teach Reiki as a fixed truth.
I teach it as a relational and physiological process that supports:

and integration
I also explicitly address the overlap between intuition and hypervigilance, so you can stay grounded, present, and not over-responsible in your work.
