Registration, Payment & Cancellation Policy
Registration & PaymentFull payment or an approved payment plan is required to reserve your seat in the training. Enrollment is confirmed only after payment has been received and registration materials have been completed. Space is intentionally limited to maintain an intimate learning environment and personalized instruction.
Payment PlansPayment plans may be available upon request. By enrolling in a payment plan, participants agree to complete all scheduled payments regardless of attendance. Missed or declined payments may result in suspension of access to course materials, certificates, future training dates, or attunements until the balance has been paid in full.
Cancellation by ParticipantDue to the preparation, materials, attunement planning, and limited enrollment associated with this training, the following cancellation policy applies:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the training date may transfer their registration to a future Reiki training within 12 months of the original course date.
- Cancellations made 7โ14 days before the training date are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future Reiki training within 12 months.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the training date are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Exceptions may be considered for documented emergencies at the discretion of the instructor.
No-Show PolicyParticipants who do not attend the training without prior communication will forfeit their registration fee. No refunds will be issued for missed classes, late arrivals, or early departures.
Instructor CancellationIn the unlikely event that the training must be canceled by the instructor, participants will have the option to transfer to a future training date or receive a full refund of payments made. The instructor is not responsible for travel expenses, lodging costs, lost wages, or other expenses incurred by participants.
Attendance RequirementsReiki attunements and certificates are awarded based on participation in the complete training experience. Participants who miss significant portions of the training may be required to attend a make-up session before receiving certification.
Personal Responsibility & ScopeReiki is considered a complementary wellness practice and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial care. Participants remain responsible for their own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being during and after the training. Individuals experiencing significant medical or mental health concerns are encouraged to consult with appropriate licensed professionals.
Training Materials & Intellectual PropertyAll course materials, manuals, meditations, handouts, slides, recordings, and proprietary content are provided for personal educational use only. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, copied, taught, recorded, sold, or shared without written permission from Harunaโs Holistic Humans, LLC.
Photography & RecordingTo protect the privacy of participants and the integrity of the training experience, audio, video, or screen recording of the training is not permitted without prior written approval.
A Note About the Learning JourneyReiki is a practice that deepens through experience, reflection, and consistent application. While this training provides instruction, attunement, and guidance, individual experiences will vary. There is no "right" way to experience Reiki, and no specific outcomes can be guaranteed.By registering for this training, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these policies.
